I attended many talks, workshops and seminars. And at the same time, I also give talks and do presentation to corporates and companies.

 

I noticed that talking alone is not enough. Audience’s attention span is only a few minutes. If you are not able to catch their attention, they will get into their own space ie they scroll fb, wassap etc.

  1. Unique style.

Your clothing, your height, voice, smile. See how you can be different from others. The goal is to stand out from the status quo.

 

 

  1. Humor

If you ask a guy why he marry her?

He will say ‘I love her sense of humor. She makes me laugh’.

When you make people laugh or smile, they will feel good.

They remember you.

 

 

  1. Eye contact.

Don’t just read the text or look at the screen.

Eye contact shows that you are interested at the audience. Plus you are not afraid.

 

  1. Tell your story.

Study shows that messages delivered as stories can be up to 22 times more memorable than just facts.

 

So tell your story. It’s your SIGNATURE to the world.

 

 

  1. Hand gesture.

Another way to express yourself is through hand gestures. If you use it correctly, it helps you to communicate powerful messages and earn the trust from your audience.
